Everything you need to know about managing your account and team on Fazeshift.
Your Team
A Fazeshift team is an instance of Fazeshift that allows your to manage your invoicing process and collaborate with others from your team.
Creating a new team:
- Click the drop-down with your current team name (in the top left corner under the Fazeshift logo).
- Click "Create Team".
- Enter a team name.
- Click "Continue".
Switching between teams:
- Use the drop-down in the top left corner under the Fazeshift logo to switch between teams.
To manage team settings:
- Go to: Profile (your name in the bottom left corner) > Team settings
Changing your team name:

- Go to the "General".
- Click "Edit" under the "Team name" section.
- Enter a new team name.
- Click "Update".
Changing your team URL:

- Go to the "General".
- Click "Edit" under the "Team URL" section.
- Enter a new URL extension.
- Click "Update".
Changing your team time zone:

- Go to the "General".
- Click "Edit" under the "Time zone" section.
- Select a time zone from the drop-down.
- Note: Changing your team's time zone will shift the dates of all notifications, tasks, emails, and analytics. We recommend setting your company time zone to align with where the majority of your employees reside.
- Click "Update".
Deleting a team:

- Go to the "General" tab.
- Click "Delete team".
- WARNING: This action cannot be undone so be sure you are sure you want to delete the team.
- Click "Delete team".

Your Account
Your Fazeshift account is your unique account tied to your login credentials.
To manage account settings:
- Go to: Profile (your name in the bottom left corner) > Personal settings.
Changing your name on the account:
- Go to the "Account" tab.
- Click "Edit".
- Edit your first and last name.
- Click "Update".
